Hassle free returns. If you change your mind and would like a replacement or refund then please contact us and we will organise for the item to be collected.
Money back guarantee on returns made within 21 days of the delivery date if you change your mind. Products must be unused and undamaged in their original packaging.
Unfortunately we can not refund the original cost of delivery. This will be deducted from your refund.
Items returned which included a FREE delivery service will be deducted the actual cost of the original delivery incurred by us.
Some items will be subject to a restocking charge.
Please contact us within 24 hours to organise a return.
We can organise a collection of the item to be returned and deduct the cost from your refund. Or alternatively the customer will be required to send the item back to the manufacturer within 21 days after delivery. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund orders returned after the 21 days.
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within 31 days.
We can not refund bespoke made to order items, modifications or any items that have been installed.
Damaged or faulty items
If products arrive damaged or are faulty then please contact us within 24 hours so we can arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate. We will arrange collection of the item.
Please allow 31 days for the refund to be processed and deposited into your bank account.
